Well today as much as I wanted too…I could not just move from the bed to the couch. After we got married in August, I scheduled an appointment with the Social Security office for a name change, and unbeknownst at the time since treatments had not been scheduled yet…it was today! So…my name is now officially changed, and I did make it driving to the office and home unscathed albeit a little foggy. Sorry Mom!

So far today I have been able to talk to a job recruiter, do a little computer work, and write these posts so all in all I would consider that a win. Yes, I am on the couch in comfy clothes under a blanket, but I am sitting upright! However, I did just try to eat one of my favorite snacks, and that did not go as well. Did not taste good at all so food will be a crapshoot again this week.

Here’s to hoping what I heard about final treatments from the nurse yesterday being rough was just that…here say!
